Mark is a multitasking and multidisciplinary individual. He performs the role of Managing Partner of Valletta Legal and heads the firm’s Bank Services Department as well as Intellectual Property divisions. His days are mostly spent in meetings and attending contracts for clients, at his desk reviewing documents for financial services institutions, dissecting contracts, offering consultancy with regards to real estate matters, fiduciary services and dealing with intellectual property issues.
Mark enjoys over twenty years of experience as a lawyer, working primarily in banking law and legal services required by credit institutions, trust administration, property conveyancing as well as intellectual property. His clear understanding of these legal fields ensures that clients receive the highest level of legal representation and counsel.
Mark plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s direction and together with the other partners, ensures Valletta Legal’s continued growth and success by leading by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration within the firm.
