After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Advocacy degrees from the University of Malta in 2021 and 2022 respectively, Julia joined the firm as an Advocate within the corporate and vetting teams.
Julia provides assistance in relation to several corporate related matters including incorporations, banking related matters, due diligence processes and corporate governance. Within the vetting and banking department, Julia assists in documentation review, vetting titles to immovable properties and risk analysis.
During her academic years, Julia had the opportunity to be part of the Junior Chamber of Advocates in two distinct roles, as an Academic Officer and later as the Vice President. These experiences allowed her to work closely with fellow students and legal professionals, even before joining the firm.
Julia has been called to the Bar in March 2023.
