Graziella Schembri joined Valletta Legal as a student in 2021 and is currently a legal trainee within the firm’s litigation team, assisting in contentious matters particularly in relation to civil law disputes, while also having a keen interest in private international law. She has previously formed part of the vetting department, gaining experience vetting titles to immovable property.
Graziella completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree after submitting her dissertation titled “Capital Punishment: Legal and Philosophical Considerations”, and has subsequently obtained a Master of Advocacy degree from the University of Malta. Throughout her university years, she actively participated in Ghaqda Studenti tal-Ligi, the University’s law students’ society, where she held the position of Academic Officer for two consecutive terms.
